Pharmacology may seem hard, but it is plain and simple. From what I know pharmacology seems overwhelming because of the amount of tiny details that you need to remember in such small period of time. But like I said it might seem hard but it is plain and simple subject.

Some tips and suggestions -
Don’t study a single thing about the individual drugs, study the class of drugs, unless there is something unique about one of the drugs in that class. It is highly advised to memorise the concepts and different sets of drugs on a class-by-class basis. Trying to learn everything at once can make you confused.
Avoid learning volumes of information and details at once. Instead, focus on only the details that are important. After your brain has absorbed the core knowledge, you can then start studying and accumulating information that’s secondary in terms of importance.
Focus on mechanism of action. Learning why the drugs are used and how the body is affected can work well and create a strong and deeper understanding of the impact of each drug.
For each drug, you should know (and referenced before)
Mechanism of action
Therapeutic uses/General effects
Side effects
Drug interactions/Contraindications
Unique associations
Repetition is the key. Pharmacology is in a way a bit of a slippery subject. So if you don't revising you might forget it easily. So keep revising the topics regularly.
Make flow charts, or tables or flash cards. This will help speed up the memorization process. Mention the drug name, drug type, dosage, indications, contraindications and the mechanism of action.
these are few tips and tricks I used while I was studying pharmacology. I really hope that you find this suggestions as well as my notes helpful. If you ever have any doubts feel free to reach out and ask.
All the best.
